Mind the *Listening* Gap
If I have blog - I am talking to you (or in my case, thinking talking and walking but you only get the ‘talk’).
So the question, as highlighted by Tom Melamed from HP Bristol "you’re talking but are you listening…or is anyone listening?"
For context, we were talking about technology as a tool and channel not as a substitute for communication, and Tom mentioned the listening gap…the gap between talking and listening that is apparent today.
