Excellence is a Habit

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit"

- Aristotle

What have you been doing lately?

I have been repeatedly doing what I love doing - helping people see new ways of creating value for themselves and their business.

And, you…what exactly do you do repeatedly?

  2. Natalie Shell Says:

Interesting to be pitched this question back - thanks Colby. I actually had to think a bit about this:

    - I repeatedly do what I love to do which is help people think and communicate and see the world in new ways that leads to them making the positive (and profitable) changes they seek…and helping give clarity/create situtations that allow clarity and shared thinking and communication to emerge…and I write and storytell…
    - I repeatedly spend time in dialogue and thinking about the world and how we can better open our eyes, see our interconnections…
    - I repeatedly ask questions
    - I also repeatedly choose to see the world from a positive, creative/imaginative lens (sometimes this choice needs to be more active…)
    - And of course, I repeatedly spend time with my friends and family

(in NY I also seem to repeatedly eat out and not sleep enough but well….)
