A-Tension Lesson and Question

In the vein of small things with the power to have big positive impacts here is one courtesy of Sister Mohini of the Brahma Kumari’s:

When you are feeling tension: stress, frustration etc - in your body, in a conversation, in your life - "simply add an "a" to the front" and ask:

"What am I needing to pay A-tension - Attention - too?"

This will both slow you down, to enable you to respond over react, and also, perhaps show a lesson or something you are carrying that is ready to be let go?

What can I learn? What can I let go?

So what tensions are you wanting to pay attention to?
