I did her version of the ‘write your own eulogy’ exercise (above) without thinking - so often I have objected to it but something about the way hers is written spoke to me…And though my5 sentences will need constant evolving am beginning to see it may well be that ’simple’^ as writing it down and be conscious of it while also letting it unfold - because the how is not up to me…A dear friend Paul V tried to teach me this - “as simple as writing down what is important to you and sticking to it” - at least 6 years ago so again I am a slow learner but start where you are at, right?
