It seems that lately my blog posts are about stuff I’m loving.
And as I’ve heard no complaints I guess I’ll keep doing it ;)

So, some finds the last week:
Modern art (via another great find: the image site ffffound)

In a Dream, a new documentary is out & playing (I had the privilage to see some pre-edited cuts in NY some years ago thanks to Tony via Gregg&Alice and am glad to see it’s out!)

Revisiting Edward Monkton - I bought N back the book, A lovely love story, and fell in love with Edward all over again. (You can read more about him here - I can’t believe I blogged about him in ‘06!!). I highly recommend a browse on his site to see some of my other favs (love, the pig of happiness…are you normal?). Now I really want to buy some of my own prints!

I want to redesign” - a great workshop -nametag exercise via swissmiss! She opens by asking people to write what they would redesign…pics here.
Oh - and I want to redesign airlines seats!!!

The Livable Streets Initiative - found via GOOD magazine. World changing also runs a story on it and I came across a documentary that could be cool called “The greening of southie

About taking your street (or any st) and transforming it into something more…well livable ;). On a related note, reminds me I’ve been considering doing some rogue gardening as a transformation to a street near where I live - get a range of plants, plant them over night and then do a letter drop letting the neighbourhood of the gift from anonymous and asking them to water them a bit when they think of it (there is a bit of a water crisis here so was thinking succulants anyway)

Ok, that’s a lot of my last few weeks give or take the 4billion Flash website’s I’ve been looking on at work ;). More blogging to come…
