It’s a bit sick really, because as I “watched” this while at work I was also thinking of the help video I had to make, chatting to two people on g-chat and … well, clearly I’m also hyper-multi-tasking and dumbing self down…And while this isn’t new for me (I must have been ahead of my time back when people actually spoke on analog phones I would talk, be on my computer, in a chatroom and typing an email…often while ‘watching’ TV. It would drive my friends nuts. Because well, they could tell I wasn’t focused on them…) it certainly does feel increasingly like something I should be paying attention to!
So focus, what is my focus for this year. And how much time am I going to commit to doing 1 thing - not only one thing - but certainly one thing at a time?!
